This is Cosplay

A documentary that I produced that looks at the not so secret world of cosplay

During this production I really wanted to dispel the stigma that surrounds cosplay. Although I would have liked to have more interviews I really like the message that this documentary conveys about the world of cosplay. I also enjoy how it was an opportunity to bring my own interests outside of television production into my work.

This production I learnt a lot about editing and pace and how important it is to leave time for post production, as I feel as though this documentary, while having a strong idea behind it lacks the polished look that it could have had.
